Below you will find brief descriptions of the various classes we offer and links to the class schedules by session. The 2018 Summer Session begins June 11th and ends August 12th.
The prices for the 2018 Summer Session are for the entire session and will be charged in one payment on June 11th. Tuition fees will be pro-rated for anyone enrolling after the beginning of the session. The annual registration fee is $50 for the first child, $35 for a second child, and $15 for a third child or a family rate of $100 to become BRAG members.

Parent and Tot
Parent and Tot participation class for children ages 18-36 months. The class is designed to provide parents the opportunity to participate in the physical, mental, and emotional development of their child while having fun in a safe and rewarding environment.
Pre-school classes teaches 3-5 year olds basic gymnastics skills, hand-eye coordination, gross motor skills, jumping, climbing, flexibility, strength and conditioning, and Kindergarten Readiness Skills in a fun filled 45-minute class. We use music, games, and fun props to create an enjoyable experience for the children.
This invitation only class is for 4-5 year old pre-schoolers that demonstrate the physical qualities we look for in the areas of strength, flexibility, and balance. The social qualities we look for are developed listening skills and the ability to work well with other gymnasts and coaches. This class meets 1 day a week for 45 minutes. Students must be referred by the instructor of their current pre-school class to advance into Mighty Mights.
This 60-minute class for 5-8 year old girls and boys teaches the basic skills of cheerleading including motions, cheers and chants, dance, stunts, and tumbling. Exercises will be introduced to build the necessary flexibility and strength to perform progressively more advanced cheerleading skills.
This 60-minute class for 8-12 year old girls and boys focuses on building cheerleading skills. The students will work on flexibility and strength in order to master motions, stunting, and tumbling skills related to cheerleading. Additionally, cheers, chants, and dance routines will be taught in this class.
Middle School Cheer
This class is for students hoping to tryout out for their school's cheerleading program. It is designed for beginner to advance cheerleaders that want to learn the basics and improve on their current cheerleading skills. The class will focus on all aspects of cheerleading including dance, cheer, jumps, stunts and tumbling. In addition, cheerleaders will focus on flexibility, conditioning, and motions.
This 45-minute class introduces basic tumbling to 5-7 year old girls and boys. This class focuses on hand placement for all tumbling; forward & backward rolls, cartwheel, round-off, and bridge kickovers. Exercises will be introduced to build the necessary flexibility and strength to perform progressively more advanced tumbling skills. Additionally, students will learn the importance of following instructor direction in a safe and fun environment.
This 60-minute class offers girls and boys an opportunity to learn beginning tumbling skills using the spring floor, rod floor, trampoline, and tumble track as training aids. Emphasis is on teaching basic skills that include cartwheels, round-offs, back-handsprings and front-handsprings.
This-60 minute coed class offers the opportunity for students to build upon the skills learned in the beginner tumbling class. To be in an intermediate tumbling class, students must have a round off back handspring without assistance. This class will focus on multiple back handsprings, front and back tucks, and standing tucks using the rod floor, trampoline, and tumble track as training aids.
This 60-minute class is the next step for girls and boys who have mastered a round off back-tuck without assistance on the floor. The students will work on more advanced tumbling skills including layouts, whip backs, and full twists. Minimum requirements for a tumbler to enroll in an Advance Tumble class is the consistent and unassisted execution of a round off back tuck.
Home School (Tumbling) (School Year Sessions only)
This 60-minute class is conducted during non-peak hours so home school students have maximum use of the BRAG facility. The home school tumbling class features tumbling instruction and incorporates games and relays, team building, and problem solving activities.
Dance Acro Tumbling (School Year Sessions only)
Dance Acrobatics is a tumbling class that provides instruction in tumbling skills specifically for dancers. This class emphasizes flexibility as well as tumbling skills such as front and back walkovers, front and side aerials, front and back handsprings, butterflies and much, much more.
The Back Handspring
This is a 30-minute class with a 1 to 6, instructor to student, ratio focusing solely on the back handspring. Students in this class will work on drills and skills for the sole intent of learning a back handspring. This class can be taken on its own or would be a great addition to a cheer or tumbling class.
In this invitation only class, the emphasis is placed on the fundamentals of tumbling such as, round-offs, standing back-handsprings, round-off back- handsprings, and multiple whips, flips and twists. We utilize the competition power rod floor, tumble track, trampoline, and other various shapes and size training aids and mats. You must have a round-off back-handspring back tuck without a spot to enroll in this class. ***Please see our Cheer classes if you want to enhance your tumbling for cheer purposes.***
This 60-minute high energy class for boys and girls has aspects of tumbling, gymnastics, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and endurance which are vital to all sports. Students will learn how to navigate obstacle courses designed to challenge your child’s strength and agility as well as learning tumbling skills in a safe and fun environment.
Advanced Ninja Gym
The advanced ninja class is a 90-minute invitation only designed class to challenge those who have mastered the requirements of the beginner level ninja gym. The skills they work include flips, flyaways, kongs, precision jumps, and much more!
