The Back Handspring
This is a 30-minute class with a 1 to 6, instructor to student, ratio focusing solely on the back handspring. Students in this class will work on drills and skills for the sole intent of learning a back handspring. This class can be taken on its own or would be a great addition to a cheer or tumbling class.
This invitation only class is for the 4-6 year old that has mastered the skills we look for in Super Tots and further demonstrates the physical qualities we are looking for in the areas of strength, flexibility, and balance for the Advanced Super Tots. Students in this class must be referred by their current instructor to advance into this class.
Advanced Super Tots
Our co-ed cheer-focused fun camp will include 3 hours of cheer and tumble instruction, plus swimming, games, crafts, an end of camp show, and a free T-shirt. Campers will need to bring a lunch, towel, swimsuit, and flip flops/tennis shoes to wear during the walk to the pool. This camp is limited to 40 participants ages 6-14 years of age. Participants will be divided by age and ability level. The camp hours are 9:00am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday and 9:00am-12:00pm Friday. There is a non-refundable $25 registration fee for non-BRAG members.

Flip'N Fun Cheer Camp
This invitation only class is for 4-5 year old pre-schoolers that demonstrate the physical qualities we look for in the areas of strength, flexibility, and balance. The social qualities we look for are developed listening skills and the ability to work well with other gymnasts and coaches. This class meets 1 day a week for 45 minutes. Students must be referred by the instructor of their current pre-school class to advance into Mighty Mights.
This invitation only class is for girls that demonstrate the physical qualities we look for in the areas of strength, flexibility, and balance. The social qualities we look for are developed listening skills and the ability to work well with other gymnasts and coaches. This class is for girls ages 6 and older interested in working towards competitive gymnastics. Students in this class must be referred by the instructor of their current class to advance into the Developmental Class.

Welcome to our class page! Below you will find brief descriptions of the various classes we offer and links to the class schedules by session. The 2016-2017 School Year Session ends June 18th 2017. The 2017 Summer Session begins June 19th and ends August 13th 2017.
The prices listed on the class schedule tables are the monthly tuition rates for each class. There is an additional annual registration fee of $60 for the first child, $50 for the second child, and $15 for the third child or a family rate of $125 for children to become BRAG members.

Parent and Tot participation class for children ages 18-36 months. The class is designed to provide parents the opportunity to participate in the physical, mental, and emotional development of their child while having fun in a safe and rewarding environment.
Pre-school classes teaches 3-5 year olds basic gymnastics skills, hand-eye coordination, gross motor skills, jumping, climbing, flexibility, strength and conditioning, and Kindergarten Readiness Skills in a fun filled 45-minute class. We use music, games, and fun props to create an enjoyable experience for the children.
Parent and Tot
This 60-minute class for 8-12 year old girls and boys focuses on building cheerleading skills. The students will work on flexibility and strength in order to master motions, stunting, and tumbling skills related to cheerleading. Additionally, cheers, chants, and dance routines will be taught in this class.
This 60-minute class for 12-17 year old girls and boys focuses on extending the flexibility and strength of cheerleaders to acquire and master motions, cheers and chants, dance routines, tumbling, and stunting.
This 60-minute class for 5-8 year old girls and boys teaches the basic skills of cheerleading including motions, cheers and chants, dance, stunts, and tumbling. Exercises will be introduced to build the necessary flexibility and strength to perform progressively more advanced cheerleading skills.
This 60-minute class offers girls and boys an opportunity to learn beginning tumbling skills using the spring floor, rod floor, trampoline, and tumble track as training aids. Emphasis is on teaching basic skills that include cartwheels, round-offs, back-handsprings and front-handsprings.
This 60-minute class is the next step for girls and boys who have mastered a round off back-tuck without assistance on the floor. The students will work on more advanced tumbling skills including layouts, whip backs, and full twists. Minimum requirements for a tumbler to enroll in an Advance Tumble class is the consistent and unassisted execution of a round off back tuck.
This 60-minute class is conducted during non-peak hours so home school students have maximum use of the BRAG facility. The home school gymnastics class features gymnastics instruction and incorporates games and relays, team building, and problem solving activities.
This is a 90-minute, invitation only, advanced recreational gymnastics class for girls who have mastered the skills required in the Beginner and Intermediate classes and ready to learn the next level of skills using USA Gymnastics Level 3 skill progressions.
This is a 60-minute beginning level gymnastics class for girls ages 6 and up. It covers all the Women's Olympic events (Vault, Uneven Bars, Beam, and Floor) and has fun on the trampoline and tumble track. This is our introductory class for girl’s gymnastics.
Flip'N Fun Pre-school Camp
Women's Competitive Gymnastics Camp
This is an hour long fitness and tumbling class - 30 minutes of fitness (fit) and 30 minutes of tumbling (flip). The class begins with 30 minutes of fun and challenging kinesthetic "fit" routines that target all the major muscle groups (leg day, arm day, abs day, etc). The second half of the class is 30 minutes of "flip" that utilizes the spring floor, tumble track, and trampoline to develop balance, strength, and spatial awareness while learning developmental gymnastics and tumbling skills.
This is a 60-minute intermediate gymnastics class for girls who have mastered the basic skills required in the beginning class and are ready to learn the next level of skills using the USA Gymnastics Level 2 skill progressions. Minimum requirements for a gymnast to enroll in this class are the unassisted repetitive execution of a strong round off and bridge on the floor exercise and a pull over and back hip circle on the uneven bars.
Flip'N Fun Gymnastics Camp
Camps (Summer 2017)
In this invitation only class, the emphasis is placed on the fundamentals of tumbling such as, round-offs, standing back-handsprings, round-off back- handsprings, and multiple whips, flips and twists. We utilize the competition power rod floor, tumble track, trampoline, and other various shapes and size training aids and mats. You must have a round-off back-handspring back tuck without a spot to enroll in this class. ***Please see our Cheer classes if you want to enhance your tumbling for cheer purposes.***

Students in this class must be referred by the instructor of their current class to advance into Super Tots.
This 60-minute high energy class for boys and girls has aspects of tumbling, gymnastics, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and endurance which are vital to all sports. Students will learn how to navigate obstacle courses designed to challenge your child’ strength and agility as well as learning tumbling skills in a safe and fun environment.
Dance Acrobatics is a tumbling class that provides instruction in tumbling skills specifically for dancers. This class emphasizes flexibility as well as tumbling skills such as front and back walkovers, front and side aerials, front and back handsprings, butterflies and much, much more.
This 60-minute class is conducted during non-peak hours so home school students have maximum use of the BRAG facility. The home school tumbling class features tumbling instruction and incorporates games and relays, team building, and problem solving activities.
This 30- minute class is for babies and parents on the go! The class activities aide parents to work one on one with their children and initiate social contact with peers. The classes promote healthy and positive activity time for both the parent and child through the use of age appropriate obstacles, toys, songs, rhymes, and props. The class is designed for children 6 months through 18 months of age and does require parental participation.
Fit & Flip
Our pre-school age fun-filled camp will include plenty of gymnastics instruction, plus games, crafts and a free T-shirt. This camp is limited to 24 participants ages 3-5 years of age. Participants will be divided by age and ability level. The camp hours are 9:00am-12:00pm Monday-Friday. There is a non-refundable $25 registration fee for non-BRAG members.
This-60 minute coed class offers the opportunity for students to build upon the skills learned in the beginner tumbling class. To be in an intermediate tumbling class, students must have a round off back handspring without assistance. This class will focus on multiple back handsprings, front and back tucks, and standing tucks using the rod floor, trampoline, and tumble track as training aids.
This intensive but fun, invitation only camp is for BRAG competitive gymnasts that focuses on progressing current skills and teaching advanced gymnastics. It will include over 5 hours of daily gymnastics instruction Monday-Thursday. On Friday afternoon, the participants will relax at the pool to bond with the other girls in their new competitive levels. Gymnasts will be divided by level for training, but will intermingle during fun time activities. The camp hours are 9:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday.
